Hello. I’m JJ. A mom, naturopathi, herbalist, farmer and earth advocate. I have a lot of energy and even more passion for the things I believe in. Well Gel is one of my passions. This product was first formulated in 2009 and it worked so well, I’ve been making it ever since. I’ve tweaked it here and there over the years with the intention of it being the best it can be.

Why did I create it? Because no one told me my labium would swell to giganic proportions after giving birth. They were sore, purple from bruising and I could barely walk. Some days I’d have random nerve pain shooting through my vagina. In all of my preparation, my reading had focused on caring for my baby. Sure I’d read the advice of sleep when the baby sleeps, but where was the tutorial on how to take care of me?

For treatment I was given an ice pack, Tylenol, a frozen maxi pad and adult diapers.

My belief? We deserve more than an ice pack. We deserve effective medicine to reduce pain, swelling and something that supports the healing process of the traumatized tissue.
